        Online ordering only; after ordering online, I waited about 40 minutes with 8 other people standing and waiting. Fries are soggy and cold. And then I realized I purchased a drink that I never got. This is my first and last time eating wing stop. Terrible experience. More

        Absolutely disgusting I wish there was an option for zero stars. To begin with I was waiting for quite a while and while I was waiting I was watching him make my food and he didnt even toss the wings he just drizzled sauce on top of the wings while they were in the box. What got me is while he was pouring the fries in the box a couple fell on the counter and he scooped it up with his bare hands and put them in the box. No gloves nothing. Extremely unsanitary. The wings were so hard I couldnt even bite them and barley any chicken inside just mainly breading. And the sauce was not tossed it it was dry. Never coming here again
