Shame on me for not reading these reviews first. Shame on 2Mazda a local Fort Collins dealer for being associated with them. I wanted to be approved for a loan to know how much I can shop for at what APR. My first contact was Auto Direct Express, they did a Hard Pull and checked my credit. Normal for a loan right. NO ITS NOT A LOAN. ITS A THIRD PARTY SCAM. Through email said I was accepted for a loan and meet with Chandler at 2Mazda. What?! With my so called money I have to go to Mazda??? No loan amount no APR mentioned ANYWHERE. Alright Ill bite maybe they have info i need. Made the appointment and just went through the usual wheel and deal as if none of the previous actions mattered. Mazda wanted to do another credit check to quote me an APR. Waste of time and a ding on my credit score (which I dont get). Auto Direct Express is not transparent on their intentions. Hope you read this and are not fooled. Car buying is hard enough.

Took a month to receive a call back. Used a Google number out of Tennessee because I have a I have a Tennessee number. Persons on phone says they go by the zip code. Funny my application was a Ohio address and zip code.

Total scam. I was told I could get a reasonable loan, maybe even a lease and when I got there they wanted $700 a month for a car. It was a total waste of my time and energy. Dont fall for it

I do not recommend going threw this website it's a scam. They send you too a bunch of different sites wants your social security ladt one I did asked for my debit card to verify myself I did they stole money out of my account
