Bought a straight iron for my hair almost 10 years ago from these people. Best purchase I ever made. Still works and gets just as hot as it did when it was new. Great product. People report this as a bad product. They just don't know how to use it. Simple as that. I went back and bought the curling iron too.

I visited the mall with my daughter and Anna stopped us. Let me tell you she is an excellent sales woman. She has an awesome personality very friendly and upbeat. Critiano sold me flat iron and I really like it. He was very kind and patient and he taught me how to do curls. I definitely saw big difference between this one and the one I have at home. I bought the serum treatment too and its help to my hair a lot. I cant wait use it again at home.
