Horrible Bank do yourself a favor save yourself some money go to a credit union where you don't have to have class action suits

Do not use their ATM. Froze up mid transaction, teller calls my husband over said she will complete and assured him that she checks and the money was not taken out of our account. Well guess what, both large transactions went through but we only received the cash for one. They dont answer phones so now have to file a claim with an overseas CSR !! Why they cant just help you from the start instead of routing you to these ATMs that malfunction is beyond me! $830 less in my account until the claim processes, what a joke! Chase bank youve robbed me for the last time.

My work is down the road so I been coming here on a weekly basis for YEARS. Use to go inside so I can talk to the bank tellers, I seen lots of bank tellers come and go over the years. I been using the drive-thu a lot lately, I still go inside here and there when I need change
