        Love the apartment. Not happy with the fee I am charged for automatically paying the rent. You encourage auto payment but then charge a service fee to use it. Bad business

On the bright side, throughout your residency, you, as well as the rest of our residents, have been receiving a monthly $25.00 rental discount for paying online.
