From what I can tell all reviews are from previous management, because Karen in leasing is beyond amazing! She was super helpful in us finding the perfect place to call home, the units are pretty decent sized, with loads of storage and all new floors, cabinets, and appliances. We emailed her some things that were the usual wear and tear and any issues we ran into over our moving weekend and they were fixed by the afternoon that Monday. Karen goes above and beyond and is super communicative throughout the leasing process. You can tell they're definitely investing in the complex and working on making this complex a great place to live! Highly recommend! The area is great too!

I live here - this place is literally falling apart & management never answers. Since Ive been here, my unit has flooded, the fridge broke & so has the dishwasher. I would never recommend anyone move here unless youre looking to live in literal HELL.

Im changing my review to 1 star. Since winter weather started, the management has not done any snow removal or put any salt on the (already dangerous) stairs or sidewalks. I called them last week and said they were responsible and would do it, but nothing. The stairs to my apartment were completely icy and slippery yesterday and today, and a family member fell this morning, and I just fell now. It is all their responsibility and they are liable for it. In addition they rarely clean the grass and sidewalks. Do not rent here unless you want to have an expensive rent for minimal care and maintenance. Highly disappointed. Hoping this review will make them address these issues as I feel not safe living here.
