    Took a 200+ lb deer and didn't hear from them for over a month. Once I finally called and went to pick up my deer he gave me 20lbs of meat total and charged me $175.

    Spoiled two deer. Had them for a month and swore up and down that they would be fine. Told me to call if there were any issues with the meat. So I call to let him know that we threw away all of it due to a hair curling rancid smell....no answer, left vm. Found out the deer aren't hung in cooler, they're stacked up in a heap. One of the heads he gave me back for European mounts was full of huge maggots...guessing the rest of the deer was too. After a bunch of lies and paying him to ruin two nice bucks my advice is to STAY AWAY!

    I received multiple pounds of rotten meat dropped off the day of the kill had them stacked to the ceiling with the heat blasting very disappointing I'd be cautious

    Ed has a really good shop, well designed. The issue is we had 5 deer that had to thrown out due to spoiled meat. The deer were stacked on the floor with the heaters running. It took over two weeks to get the deer back. Shop procedures need to be revamped.

    Took deer in within 3 hrs of kill. Recieved it back 2 1/2 wks later. Thawed package of steaks out meat stunk. Did a couple more packages same thing. Threw whole deer out. Don't really understand. But read other review had same problem I did. Save your money go somewhere else.
