If I were you I will stay away from this agency in Atlanta Michigan Jim Rose paid the buyer almost $10,000 seller concession without verbally telling me about it and also made me pay for their inspection which the buyer was responsible for. I wrote letters they won't respond I call them they won't respond every time I put a complaint in they delete it if they did what was right then why don't they get back with me what they did to me they took advantage of a senior citizen and made me pay the buyer almost $10,000 to buy my home are you freaking kidding me I want my money back if you're reading this you guys need to respond this is not right. I'm seeking legal action against your agency.

The broker never presented my offer to the sellers on a listed piece of property and wouldn't returned my texts or calls. Then I found out through another real estate office that I was under bid on the property because the broker wanted a cash sale.

Actually was represented by a different agent. Aero was the list agent and their negotiations were fast and fair. Even not being a client of theirs they were super flexible and the fastest easiest closing Ive had. She even got us some goodies! A+ And thank you.
