Had 6 upper floor windows replaced last summer. The sales meeting was very quick with all measurements done right there, then the custom cut windows arrived a few months later. The install itself was super fast, and I was really impressed. The only minor gripes I had were that the window installed in the bathroom went in without proper water sealant caulk, so the caulk started flaking after a month. Also, one window cracked after a very sudden cold snap which was a freak occurrence. However(!!) both items were fixed by George Meyer after I called to talk about them after a few short weeks. The level of customer service on that front was really impressive. I plan to hire them for more work later this year.

Called many times. One call back and I was in a meeting! Said he would call back that night or in the morning! No call back ever came. Ended up getting another company who was more than happy to make an appointment within a day and they were on time for that! They will be measuring the windows 4 days after the sales rep gave me a quote! They will be installed by the end of November!

I was a client of George Meyer in 2014, and they were truly exceptional. I lived close to a railroad, and trains during the night reached a decibel level that would wake me up. I described the problem, and they added a second window on top of the first one. The second window was compatible with the first. The noise was eliminated, or very attenuated. The only problem was a minor mistake in the installation, which was later corrected by a handywoman.

Just had new windows installed at my home by Meyer Construction. The installation was quick and professionally performed. The installation was done by a father and son team. Highly recommend that you request them they showed up on time and cleaned up before leaving each day. Great Guys.

Did not get the door we wanted - invested over $11,000 in the door and surrounding frame and trim, only to be rewarded with shoddy workmanship. The door is coming away from the wall, there is a 1/4" gap surrounding our door, and the screen door was made out of sub-par materials. SEE UPDATE BELOW: The spring in the latch for the storm door broke, so now we have to lock the storm door if we don't want it to blow off in a storm. Not to mention the fact that we had to have a special hook installed to prevent the storm door from blowing open in the 'moderate' wind, only to rip the hinges and door off of the wall entirely (again). When we tried to get this repaired, 16 months into our supposed several year warranty, they tried to send us to a third party installer, and told us it would cost $120/hr. Thanks, but no thanks. Not again. Update: They came through and replaced the entire door after a tech determined that it was warped from the factory. This was the reason it never latched properly. Five stars for outstanding customer service, although the lower customer service reps could stand to be educated a bit on their policies and procedures. I would recommend this place for sure now. Quality install and product.
