Making the phone call to Brad and Andy from website optimization was one of the best decisions that I have made as a business owner. My colleague mentioned how wonderful they have been to him for the last 20 years and how they tremendously helped increase his business. I called Brad the next day, and soon after, our journey started together.
Brad and Andy came to my dental practice with a very professional PowerPoint presentation regarding the previous marketing that was done and my website. They studied everything before our meeting, which was very impressive because I was never presented with anything in the past by other companies. I was blown away with their professionalism, knowledge and their easy going nature.
It was extremely hard for me to trust that another marketing company was not just going to take my money with no return. However, there was something about Brad and Andy that really made me feel extremely comfortable. After our meeting, I switched marketing companies and I have no regrets.
Brad and Andy are ALWAYS available and attentive at all times. They return phones calls in a timely fashion and are always there when I need them. They go above and beyond for their clients and I am very appreciative of everything they do.
They are currently In the process of helping me completely re-design my website. I am very excited to see the final result. Although I have only been using them for a few months, I have already seen an increase in my new patient base.
