Hi quality, professional tree service. We use Guardian for maintenance and treatment. Via the storms of 2023, we lost 4 mature trees and the crew did an excellent job removing them without collateral damage. Highly recommended.

I am so glad that I chose Guardian Trees Experts to trim branches from oaks overhanging our house. Steve came out and was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my trees and their health. The crew of Mike, Brady and Bill did an A+ job- skillfully trimming the trees and removing several very large branches in an area very close to our house then cleaning up and raking to make our yard look even better than it had before they came! They were all very friendly and professional. Ill call them again for any further tree needs and recommend them unequivocally! It is rare to get such excellent work these days."

Guy came out for the quote when scheduled - no mystery window. He was professional and knowledgeable about all of my trees. He didn't go straight to chop down the two trees in the back like the next person did. I received a written quote via email. They scheduled and came out sooner than they expected. The crew was timely, informative, professional and neat. They gave the trees a nice manicure. Invoice was emailed along with payment confirmation - very streamlined and professional process. They are coming back when it's colder to treat my spruce, fir and silver maple. I hadn't had my trees trimmed in many years because I couldn't pay for it but I don't feel cheated despite my sticker shock - it works out well when I amortize and consider they didn't just chop up my trees like the last trimmers and care about the health of the trees.

I called wanting a rough ballpark figure for what a typical treatment for iron chlorosis in a 20 inch diameter southern pin oak would cost. I said I understand youre not making an estimate on my specific tree; Im just looking for a general sense. They refused to answer this question. Instead they wanted to charge $95 to have someone visit first. That policy makes it impossible for a homeowner to get multiple quotes from tree services, since if they all do the same it would cost $95 each quote. Their model seems to be that they are the only game in town so they dont need to be competitive, either in answering general questions over the phone or, if they refuse to do that, giving an estimate before charging.
