        Computer system was down so everything had to be done manually and must have been very stressful but still the young lady who answered was helpful, positive, and was great to work with. No company is perfect but the employees for the most part are cheerful and polite. It's usually a good experience.

        I have had to contact management several times about the customer service of several drivers and several dispatchers. Robert is great with following up on complaints but the overall theme of unprofessionalism is blatant and overwhelming.
