The only good thing about courtyards is the location. Otherwise it is overpriced. We constantly lose power and internet and there never seems to be any haste to take care of things. It was almost a sure thing that wed loose power or wifi during finals/midterms. The appliances are outdated and they only updated the ones in the north building where they do tours.

The apartments are very nice. Having individual bathrooms is a huge plus. The location is great for North campus. Not a terrible commute to main campus. Front office staff is generally very nice and tries to be helpful although very difficult to get someone to answer the phone or call back. The management is inconsiderate and expects fees to be paid even though they're not listed on the monthly charges. And when they aren't paid due to an error in their system, they say "too bad" and you have to pay late fees. Ridiculous. If my daughter didn't like the location and roommates I wouldn't recommend it.

Lived here before. High price, small rooms, lost mails, fire alarms, power outages, internet interruptions, especially during exam weeks. Definitely not recommended as student apartment.

I was looking to lease for the summer but luckily I read the reviews first. I have also contacted a current resident and they recommend that I dont live here. By the reviews and my conversation with the current resident, I dont want to be confined into a place that has terrible staff, internet issues and is money hungry.
