Emmarr and the Ann Arbor MiLife team run a great show, highly recommend if you're looking for a social group to be active with! People of all abilities, coed, fun times. Beers afterwards typically. Met a bunch of friends via MiLife.

Best team atmosphere I've experienced while playing sports the last 15 years! Emmarr is a fantastic sports coordinator for MiLife, ensuring everyone is there to have a good time and celebrating after the game-win or lose. I have played flag football and basketball so far and loved both experiences....great friendships have resulted in joining as a free agent. Can't wait for spring sports so I can play kickball! MiLife is equal parts fun and competitive. 11/10 recommend!
