Amazing staff! Second time using the Happy Returns here. I also sent a package today. We waited a bit in line. First, there was only one staff member receiving packages, and we were number 3 in line. About 5 minutes later, a second counter opened, which bumped us up to #2 in line. Other than the long wait to get to the counter, the service was great. The guy patiently and professionally explained things so I could choose the best shipping option for me. Free parking available. I love that there are spots for quick drop off, even though none was available for me today. It's easy to find a parking spot, no wait time.

Super super helpful, I needed a very rush poster printing. Camber and Steven heard my situation and helped me out do an overnight printing so I can pick it up the next day early morning. I do really appreciate their flexibility and I felt they truly care about their customers!

Despite it being a little busy, the girl behind the counter with dark hair and winged eyeliner on 5/9 was super kind, helpful, and patient with my multiple transactions and questions. As someone thats worked in customer service a long time, I know how hard it can be to keep a smile on your face. I hope FedEx recognizes the awesome employee they have!
