Durham School Services, Ann Arbor

The staff here is negligent with the children they are staffed to service. Special education transportation to be specific through Durham School services uses a taxi service- Let's go Transportation! My sons driver was driving her brother downtown and dropping him off before taking students to school... making them late! Once reported they fired the driver but wouldn't provide a name of the rider so I could do a background check. This man was riding for 3 weeks before it was brought to my attention. My son is in highschool so I font watch him get on the taxi most days but the day it was seen by myself and my husband we called and reported it. Anything could have happened. No one will know because they swept it under the rug! Horrible service

My sons taxi to school... through Durham School Transportation in Ann Arbor, MI... a man was riding with and the driver was taking him downtown before school... making my son and another student late... apparently nearly 3 weeks and I didn't notice because i don't walk him out- he's 15! Yesterday we walked him out... low and behold a man sat in the passenger seat- exchanged words with my son and fist bumped him- clearly this man has bonded with my child- who is he? NO ONE from the Transportation department can clarify so I can do a background check... I am sure this isn't legal.

No reason to rate this place because there is nothing there for the general public. It's just for employees.
