      image This is one of the worst customer service experiences I had in Ann Arbor. The server Lisa as she handled my order was very rude. I took an additional wrapper I thought were there to take and she started showing her true colors. Hateful and racist people should not work in a college multinational city. As an international student I was targeted and felt not welcomed here.

      image The food is high-quality and fresh, there are many options thanks to customizability, the service is quick and friendly, location is great and convenient. This is the perfect go-to sandwich shop. All the sandwiches are great, just make sure to add the hot peppers.
      The Mediterranean is my personal favorite.
