Burger One of Ann Arbor

The Arbor Super Burger was a juicy flavorful experience I will surely relive next time I'm in Ann Arbor. The vegis tasted great and were very fresh. My partner had the Burger One. She is quite picky but had only great things to say about it. The patty was expertly cooked and the ingredients were creative and delicious. The shake was amazing! Prices are great for what you get and everything was made quickly and the staff were friendly.

Id give service 6 stars if I could: I had bought some food pretty much last minute and ran next door to the gas station for brake fluid. I get my food, go outside to fill. This was the first clear (non-yellow) brake fluid Ive seen and thus way overfilled the resevoir. By this time the restaurant had closed. With no more napkins, I accepted that Id have to source soaking material from elsewhere, back home or gas station bathroom. A worker inside was cleaning glass wih paper towels. I almost asked for help, but instead gave a thumbs up and a meager attempt at a smile; it was not his fault but he saw I needed help and stepped out to ask if there was anything. I got paper towels, soaked enough fluid out, and went on my way. Instead of just brushing off my hesitation, this worker stepped in and saved me about an hour of my night. This also allowed me to eat my food while it was still hot (20 minutes later, the burger was HOT. Big win for takeout) I am grateful for the kindness and concern he displayed. Thank you sir

Good food; reasonable prices & a friendly staff. Very conveniently located on the north side of campus. We often use Burger 1 for catering of different snacks - we like their tenders!

I love the burgers I got from here. Unfortunately, I may not be coming back after experiencing unexpected diarrhea from the burgers. Unless I figure out why it happened, I won't be coming back any time sooner.

Stopped in for Burgers got there regularly burger combo and it was excellent. Will be back when in this area. Yum
