Eisenhower Center

Eisenhower Center has been an exceptional choice for my sister, who lives there and has special needs. Compared to other group homes we've tried, none have matched the level of support and care we've experienced here. They offer outstanding attention to their clients and genuinely make an effort to understand and cater to their needs.

I moved my special needs son in there thinking it would be a great experience for him after being told about all the so called supportive services & activities offered along with the staff assist he would receive with all of his ADLs...ALL a lie! He wasn't even given his meds properly. They do not pay attention to the clients, they lack in communication with not only family but each other, housekeeping was terrible, I was told they had meals together in the cafeteria which I don't think they had 1 there during his stay I would show up for a visit to find my son eating alone in his dark room. For being a former traumatic brain rehab you would think they could understand and help manage behaviors, which most cognitively delayed people have, especially autism. They are not ANYTHING they say they are. Nothing is followed through that they promise. They show no compassion and most of the staff they hire are mostly young people who sit on their phone all day and half of them don't last long. If you care about your loved one, STAY AWAY!!
