If you havent checked this place out you have to! Their selection always has something to offer when I come in. Theres always something new in their anime collection and they have a decent K-pop selection. They also have rare stuff from time to time. The workers are always nice and there to help with questions. Their reward system is pretty nice too!

Just getting back into vinyl and CDs. Have been to several local used record stores several times immediately with enthusiasm for the re engagement of an old hobby interest. I was excited to go to both Encore records and Media Exchange. Encore was great and they guarantee that the albums dont skip. If they do they will take care of it so that the loyalty and good will is preserved. They inspect and rate the condition of everything as does Media exchange. After spending $260 at Media I discovered two skips on the first disc of a two disc Rolling Stones album that was marked VG. I paid $24.99 for that specific album set. I respectfully emailed to inquire about an exchange or a refund only to be told by the owner that they dont cover that. Moreover, he claimed that he didnt know of any record shop that did kind of a rough attitude after a $260 purchase that will now translate to much, much more in terms of where I spend my time and money in the future. Cant recommend this place. Take the money and run doesnt work for me. Update: Wazoo also covers against skipping records. Going there today. Update: Its March 2024: Im three months into my new sport and Ive purchased 200 CDs and 100 vinyls. Never went back to this place and the other Ann Arbor outlets have been awesome.
