Kathryn is the best person to work with when buying a house, she truly cares about your best interest. When buying my first house she was very helpful, she knows the industry and will fight to get the house that is right for you. I have worked with Kathryn for about a year to find the house that was right for me. She was very patient with me the whole time. We went and visited quite a few house until we found the right one. When we did find the dream house she was right on top of everything to get the offer in ASAP. She kept me up to date on everything and helped with closing and what to look for on buying a house. Will definitely recommend her to everyone I know that is in the market for a house.

One of my biggest pet peeves in both business and personal interactions is a lack of responsiveness to all forms of communications. I personally have a 24 hour rule and Kathryn surpasses my stringent expectations! She is quick to respond to requests even if just a quick text "doing a home inspection, I will touch base later today", I know that she got my message and will get back to me. There is no guess work whether my message was received, or if she truly cares about me as a client. Her actions speak for themselves. Kathryn gives sound, fair advice and is always on your side and supportive. She will go above and beyond to help get quotes on repairs and is able to negotiate well with the seller. While working with Kathryn she has kept my husband and I informed of market offerings and changes. I would highly recommend Kathryn for any of your real estate needs. ~ Debbie R.
