A relative of mine was tested here their findings have given me a foundation on where the relative stands neurologically. This will, no doubt, be immensely helpful in the coming months when deciding how to care for them. Rather than guessing as to how my relative is functioning, I now have an opinion, evidence and a plan moving forward for their care. PS. Dr Mansour was thorough and detailed in explaining his findings, answered all my questions so that I understood and was open to further questions in the future, should I have them. Highly recommend.

I went to this center for ADHD testing and its an absolute SCAM. I do not have insurance and it cost me $950 to have a memory test and fill out a questionnaire. The testing its self was not administered by a doctor and that seemed odd to me. (Its the same test they give to Alzheimers patients) I only spoke to the doctor via zoom for 4 minutes and he was more concerned over my marital status than discussing the crippling symptoms I am in for. I received my results a month later with a lot of wrong information. I had a diagnosis with Anxiety: Panic attacks when Ive never had a panic attack This whole experience left me $950 poorer and feeling insultingly unheard by another old male doctor.

My son was tested here for ADD/ADHD after struggling in his first semester of college, he was tested and they said it would be 3-4 weeks for the results. His primary care doctor called numerous times, asking them for either A. a preliminary report because he was struggling so much or if B. they could possibly rush the results. After no less then 20 messages unreturned phone calls, we honestly thought they went out of business. After 4 weeks, my son got someone to answer the phone, she said she would email the doctor to ask about his results. Today after 38 days, we got his results and they are dated 9 days after he was seen. Absolutely ridiculous. And just as we all thought the whole time he has horrible ADHD, where the doctor states numerous times in his report that he needs medication right away for all of his symptoms? So lets NOT send this to his primary care, the patient or his parents? The test results are very in depth, but it would have been nice to have them in a timely manner not half way through the semester. COVID did not help these kids in HS, and waiting this long to get a diagnosis is unacceptable. Other places we called had a 6-9 month waiting list, so I guess we still got tested sooner but when the results are dated 9 days after he was tested, why we weren't sent them just baffles me especially when he failed all the tests so badly. It makes my mom hurt knowing my child has been struggling in school, we've been paying for tutors and we could have had this rectified if someone would have just sent his test results in a timely manner.

Dr. Mansour and staff are outstanding. I was referred to them due to cognitive/memory problems related to long COVID. I went through a very detailed neuro psych test. Dr. Mansour prepared a detailed report with suggestions, and he also called me to discuss my treatment plan moving forward. I highly recommend him.

A very positive, supportive and affirming experience, with pleasant and caring people. Bonus: happy with the results too.
