        We walked in to the Plymouth Rd. store about 20 minutes to closing time today and were impressed by the patient and courteous assistance from Liam. He was knowledgeable about the store products, and did a great job advising us on the best paint and painting supplies for our needs. He even helped to carry the six gallons of paint out to our car. Excellent customer service - thank you, Liam!

      • I am a loyal member of this brand. It is the shop with the worst service attitude. The African-American staff in this shop even refused to sell paint to me for various reasons because I made her unhappy during a shopping trip. This is a very bad shop
