Optalis Health & Rehabilitation of Ann Arbor

My review is based on my experience with nurse I have LaKesha. She is excellent caring person. Also the Occupational Therapist Stacey and Physical therapist Jessica very good in their profession., A+ There are improvements needed on certain departments such call light Patient care techs showers for patients. If I need Rehab again I would consider Optalis.

In the last 15 years, I have been in three different rehab facilities and optalis ann arbor is the best one. It is clean, all the staff is friendly and an enjoyable environment. I would recommend this facility to any person that needs it.

This staff here is very curtios,and very prompt. Food is excellent. Crafts are great! Elizabeth in activities is so helpful and very kind. She helps to find great crafts that help me feel better. Joel is a great hands on social worker! Denise is 100% caring, kind and I thank God for her.

Staff was always helpful, Tiffiany B. and Denise S. were the best! Very helpful whenever I called and needed assistance with my father. Everyone there was helpful and friendly.
