        After losing my daughter I found it very comforting and hopeful talking to someone who has been through the same thing. My counselor Julie knew exactly how I felt which gave so much credibility to her advice. She helped me more than words can say. I highly recommend GrieveWell!

        I took their workshop Grieve Well - Understanding Grief. It was very well presented, had a great PowerPoint presentation and provided a 31 page workbook to go along with what was covered. Would definitely take other programs put on by them.

        Hours of Cognitive behavioral talk therapy, research, travel, meditaion classes- all of this and more did not come close to the affirmation I received in the online session I attended. The information was presented professionally and short breaks were built in to allow folks to reflect and review notes. I am so glad I "caught" this zoom event. Thanks for a positive experience- something very difficult to find when one loses their only child. #grateful
