A2 NAILS SPA

I got my acrylics refilled here and two nails lifted in a week. I went back for a fix and she only used glue rather than actually fixing the lifted acrylic. Evidently, the nail started coming off again hours later. So, I go back to get it fixed for the second time and was told to come back tomorrow. The next day, the lady who told me to come back isnt even here and I now have to wait even longer for a simple fix, that shouldnt even be needed in the first place. To say the least, Im disappointed with the lack of quality nails and Im very annoyed with running back and forth and having my time wasted.

Linda the manager was AWESOME! I am from out of town and was going out ....was looking for a walk-in spot to get nails done and she was the only one to take me in. She stayed after closing to take care of me. In all my years getting my mani/pedi's she's the first to really listen and take the extra steps to give me what I want. I play guitar and need shorter nails. She listened and multi reinforced my nails in a couple different ways to give them strength and avoid chipping and breaking. Everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend!

LINDA did my fill and color change. Its looks GORGEOUS and she was incredibly FAST despite being he added design and requested reshaping. A bit busy on a Sunday afternoon (4pm) but didnt have to wait that long. Def will come a different time during the week next time. Great service and quality!

Update: returned a year later and the woman at the front desk did my acrylic nails. She did no nail prep at all and just slapped the acrylic material on there. She was not happy about my complicated design even though I asked if it was okay and told her Id pay extra for having a variety of French rip colors. The nails started popping off days later because of the no nail prep. She also squirted the cuticle nail oil on the back of my hand leaving me to get it onto my cuticles myself after asking if I wanted it. The salon was nearly empty and not busy at all so I wasnt expected to be treated like this. I rarely get my nails done.. Will not be returning Great job Paul! My gel mani and pedi saved my nails and Ive gotten many compliments. Relaxing experience, Paul is funny too.
