What a great team both Randy and Yvonne are! They handled the sale of our home in Jackson MI. What made them super special to us was we live in California so could not always be in MI when things like the water needing to be turned off so the pipes didnt freeze, painting our shed at the buyers request etc. They took a lot of our worry and concern and handled it, even thinking of things we didnt. Its so refreshing to work with people that care about the quality of what they do and strive to make you happy from the beginning of the process to the end. I would highly recommend them both!

One of the best decisions I've ever made was to contact Randy and Yvonne Hoyt to sell my home in Jackson, MI. When I'd purchased the house 6 years ago, my experience with realtors in the Jackson area was less than ideal, to put it nicely. But luckily, while I was shopping for my home 6 years ago, I witnessed the professionalism with which Randy and Yvonee showed other homes that were on the market at that time and I knew that if and when I needed to sell my home, they would be the ones to call and I'm so glad that I did! They were more than patient with me from the very thought of selling my house, meeting with me initially months before I was actually able to get it on the market, giving me advice about how to best show my home and what improvements to make before listing it that would benefit the sale the most. I couldn't ask for better realtors and the quality of care, compassion, patience, professionalism, and knowledge of the industry that they bring to the table, has made me a client for life. My home was on the market just one week in September of 2021 and had already had three (3) offers, one of which ended up in the sale of the home! I have worked with Randy and Yvonne on three separate occasions, both on the selling and purchasing end of the deal. I have worked with other agents over the years but they rate at the top, hands down! If you want to work with a knowledgeable, professional and friendly agent than I recommend these two.
