Wow so after an hour of waiting for a delivery order I finally call and I'm advised that the store gave my order to someone else via doordash and "could not remake the order" so they just cancelled my order and didn't notify me in any way. I have no cancellation, no proof of you refunding my money. Horrible experience. Do not trust these people.

Ordered an Ice cream brownie to go. The server did not heat the brownie and gave it in a Very small box in which I could not close the lid. The ice cream was stuck to the paper box and still couldnt close the lid. Had to get it home with the box open Parking: But far from the place

The last few times I've ordered here things have sucked. The cookies and brownies no matter what kind you irder are always dry and rock hard, borderline stale. A year or so ago they'd always be hot and fresh even if it took them a bit to get to your door. Every single time I've ordered here they've forgotten my side of icing. I even made a note of it and it keeps happening. I called the store and this kid who had no idea what was happening answered. I told him what happened and he straight up did not care and told me it wasn't his problem and hung up on me. I should've been smarter and not tried or had faith in them again because now I'm out at least 10 bucks. Do NOT go to this location. Just like every other place these days though not even the owners care about a single thing and can't be bothered to fix any issues. Don't expect a refund or any type of concern of they mess up its "not their problem".
