This dumpster bagel shop. Rude, mom and daughter who work there. I ordered these appeartly so-called bagels, and they wouldn't even cut them? Like what? "You didn't ask us when you ordered." Oh, ok. " Can you do it now?" Nope, They weren't even busy for obvious reasons, and I i told them they aren't even doing anything. Why can't they just take 5-10mins to cut them. "We cut them by hand." Yea, no sh1t. Worst customer service ever, they are so thick headed that they don't even want to spend 5mins to keep a customer happy. Sign outside says "We're back", actually please leave, you're doing our community a disservice by pretending to be an actual business that cares about its customers. -1

The last time I was there to pick up half a dozen bagels. I asked for them to be sliced. They told me that you have to call ahead if you want them sliced. This morning I called and ordered six bagels, sliced, and when I got to my office and we opened the bag. None of them were sliced. The bagels were not very good either, definitely not the same quality as they were at old location. I definitely will never be giving them my business again

Really enjoyed this place! The bagels were perfect. The Lox sandwich was yummy! I loved all the different cream cheese and bagel flavors. The coffee drinks in the cooler were delicious as well. The service was great. The lady working in there was all by herself and was doing a wonderful job. I'll be back!
