Dennis, Owner, went above and beyond what we expected in repairing our foundation. He made sure that we paid for EXACTLY what was needed. He came back after work completion to see if every thing is working fine. Great Company to work with. Friendly, honest, reliable.

I called this company to request a quote for foundation repair for one of my clients. The woman that initially answered the phone was really nice. She asked me questions about where the property was and what I wanted done. However, when Dennis got on the phone I immediately felt as if he was not interested in my business. He got on the phone and gave a deep "irritated sigh" followed by "hello, yeah, where are you?" I said "the property is in Romulus" His response was "uhhh yea I have enough work from people here, we don't really do business stuff in wayne county, sooooo, bye Thanks for calling" and he hung up the phone! My issue is not that they don't work in wayne county (even though the property is less than 20 minutes from their business). He was extremely rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing him by requesting his paid service. As a realtor I do work all over Michigan, including Ann Arbor and I will never recommend this place. As a business owner, you should never make a patron feel as if you don't want their business. Telling me that you have "enough work...", and you "don't do business stuff in Wayne county" was not the proper way to handle the phone call. And then to hang up so abruptly, as if I was a telemarketer was extremely disrespectful.
