      image Our order was 30 minutes late despite the app saying it was ready on time. Several other customers were in the same situation and the employees were unapologetic. Very poor experience all around.

      image I'm updating my review... Food is good 60% of the time. Tables are always dirty. They seem short staffed a lot of the time. The soda fountain never works. And lately, the lemonades are also gross. I've tried to give them some grace. And we have come back on different days, at different times. But things keep going downhill. Therefore we probably won't be back again.

      image The past 3 times I've been here, the soda fountain has been almost inoperable, the blend for it is never rigjt. It's either heavy sparkling water, or straight syrup. Not to mention the other issues with it. The upkeep and cleanliness especially on the dining tables is atrocious. I get that it's not a "fine dining" establishment bit the least that could be done is have an individual cleaning tables especially when they can clearly see waste all over them. Not to mention the blatant want for tips yet want to complain about asking for items that come out after your at the register. Make that make sense. I will not be back to this establishment.
