Milagros is lovely. During this time of quarantine, she's made herself available via online for consultations. Via our conversations Ive learned so much about my body, how to care for it, and ways I can become a healthier person overall. She is incredibly attentive and always provides suggestions for tools I could use to enhance my wellbeing. Highly recommend setting a time up to speak with her! :)

Milagros is a rare combination of human that has deep skill and embodied groundedness. For me, this means that she is able to intuit where healing is necessary while also holding space for healing to happen. After a session I feel clearer, calmer and more vital - as though the lines of energy are open and humming again. On top of that Milagros is an open hearted, non judging person. She invites presence into the session and can also be relied on to share her light generously. I love, respect and appreciate her gifted work in the world.
