We've used Thayer-Innes for all our insurance for years. They always are professional and friendly and take care of everything very quickly and efficiently.

Buyer beware! Make sure you want to be insulted before buying insurance with these people. My experience was bad but I cancelled before any damage was done. This agent is rude and insulted me personally for asking valid homeowners insurance questions. There must be a reason not to answer routine questions and attack the client. I found another agent and have better coverage for the same price. You have been warned. Theyer Innes still sends me e-mail trying to get me to open an attachment for insurance I do not have with them. In my opinion, they wouldn't do that unless they were trying to further harass me.

I have been a client of Thayer Innes Insurance since 1998. The agency has never been anything but professional! I have referred many people to this agency and will continue to do so in the future. I have never had any problems with any claims I have had to make. They have always looked out for my best interest.
