        Rooms: Everything you need for your stay! All services (King bed, desk, bathroom, Kitchen, TV, WI Fi,etc) The hotel has GYM, pool, laundry room. Breakfast included! Nearby activities: Mall Safety: 100% Safe

        Second-hand smoke from other errant guests CONSTANTLY comes through the internal vents. I can only imagine how the COVID-19 virus travels the same pathways. The windows don't open, resulting in STINKING, DISGUSTING, UNHEALTHY inescapable ambient air 24/7. The staff is not able or willing to do anything effective. If you want 100% non-smoking accommodations, DON'T come here. It's disgusting to be in this space. All the other features are very good - hospitable staff, decent breakfast, comfy beds and linens, clean kitchenettes, plenty of paper goods and cleaning supplies. Such a shame that I will never stay here again.

        Front desk person was very Shondrea was very knowledgeable. Can't bee proud of a couple of the personal. They just arnt up to my standards. I worked in a hotel for over 25 years. There's was one lady on the morning staff that tried to help me get on the Internet. She was what a front desk person should be.
