Great location and good service. I would give the rooms 5 stars the pillows were softer and the TV remote was faster when operating it.

I checked on Sunday night and was given room 128. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times with my dogs, and never had a problem. I always put their food on the floor and have never seen a single insect. An hour after I left a small amount of food on the floor, the bathroom was infested with hundreds of ants. I have photos. I told the manager, who promised he would take care of this after checking the room. He refused to provide a refund, insinuating that I was responsible for the fact that he had to call in an exterminator, which is insane. This room was obviously infested when I moved in. It would have taken many hours for the ants to migrate from the outside into the room to eat the food on the floor. It took less than an hour because the room was already infested. This never happened when I rented rooms for this hotel in the past because it takes a long time for insects to infiltrate a dwelling from the outside and I never saw a single ant. Not once. I will add that the tv, heater and telephone in the room did not work at all. The manager ignored these concerns and tried to blame me for a room that was already infested with insects, which he obviously knew about. He also lied when he told me that he could not refund my money because I reserved the room through a third party. This is a gross misrepresentation of the law. Doubletree is responsible for the condition of its rooms and it just lost thousands of dollars in income by blowing off a loyal customer.

We are always happy staying here at the Double Tree. The staff are always going above and beyond. Joann and Danny are the best!! Rooms: Very nice clean rooms Safety: I feel safe staying here. Food & drinks: Nice having the Restuarant and Bar in the hotel. Good food
