I have an amazing experience Every time I come here, Jasmine is amazing. Ive also had my hair cut by three other people that work here and they all do a wonderful job. Highly recommend to check in online through the website before you come, so you can be one of the first people online. Salon is very clean and well run!! And theres a cute local coffee shop next-door so you can grab a coffee while you wait/after your haircut :)

Worst haircut ever, hair was completely uneven, asked for a fade in back and she just trimmed it and also felt very rushed. Had to go get my haircut somewhere else, will never be going back here again.

I went to get a hair couple days ago and haircut lady botched my hair so bad to where I have to get it recut. I asked for a fade and a light trim on top to keep the curls on top but instead I got an uneven Mohawk somehow. I have mental disabilities from my service in the military and told the hair cut people I have a hard time being in public and driving due to my ptsd with crying spells and anxiety attacks. I came back today to get it recut and asked for a refund. I was crying in the chair as I was getting my hair recut. The hair cut lady wasn't happy and took her passive aggressive angry on me. She didnt give me a full refund. I asked if the boss give me a call. She said no and you aren't allowed anymore like a petty child. I would like call from the owner please and thank you for unnecessary stress. The response from the owner is just an automatic copy/paste response. Still waiting for a phone call.

This place is hands down one of the best barber shops in Arbor. If you go, you are surely to get a great haircut at reasonable price. And if you can, try to request Jess as your stylist - she is a great person to talk with and offers great customer service.
