My son and I were very happy with the result Francie obtained for my son. She handled a landlord-tenant case which arose from the landlord playing fast and loose with landlord-tenant law during Covid. She communicates well, negotiates well, and her fees are more than reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Francie Novar on two separate matters. In each case she helped me to achieve exactly the outcome I was hoping for. It was important to me to try and be reasonable and amicable in dealing with the opposing party. However, I also wanted to know that I was working with someone who would fight hard for my needs if it came down to it. She took so much stress off my shoulders through the process. I was able to focus on everything else going on in my life because I could trust that my case was being expertly handled. That alone is so valuable and hard to find.
Francie is an excellent choice if you want to work with someone professional and knowledgeable who will give you realistic expectations. Your lawyer is there to prepare you for what to expect and Francie will tell you how she thinks your case is likely to go and what your best options are. It might not be what you want to hear but it will be what you need to hear. That is what you get when you work with someone honest, straight forward, and experienced.
Every step of the way I felt as though Francie did her best to keep my legal costs down which is another reason I trust and recommend her. If another need arises I would certainly call Francie as my first choice option.

Francie is a highly accomplished, honest, transparent and ethical attorney. She works hard for her clients and cares about her cases. She takes the time to understand the details of your case and to understand how the law applies to specific situations. She is always polite yet firm with difficult individuals and cases.
