Smart Apartments Solutions where "smart" is used in the context of smart mouth and has NOTHING to do with intelligence. The staff is rude and ghetto. You work several (more than two) weeks before you get a check. They constantly disrupt your assignment with unnecessary calls and emails. You're constantly reminded you're an "independent contractor", however, they try to treat you like they own you. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for work or anyone looking to staff their office. By the way, the positive feedback here and and on their Facebook page was posted by their staff.

I'm a new Independent Contractor with Smart and I love my experience with the company. I've been an employee in the Property Management industry for many years. As a Smart employee, I have the flexibility and benefits of being an Independent Contractor, servicing the needs of our clients. :)

If you're looking for a great place to work! Smart Staffing Solutions is the place for you. The awesome team at Smart not only welcomes you but they make you feel like you are a part of the team. The complete hiring process was professional and inviting at the same time. I can't say enough great things about working for Smart. Makita the Staffing Coordinator is superb! She kept me working and I will add I loved my assignments. After all, it's all about going to the job assignments and giving it all you've got. Kelly the Accountant is Awesome, and she makes darn sure your money is where it needs to be on payday. And did I say payday is every week! Desiree the Office Assistant gives you the warmest feeling of being home, she really is the glue. I want to thank Dawn Ford for having the dream and making it come true for me and others who needed employment right away she made my dream of being able to take care of my obligations come true. Thank you, Dawn, for having a great company for all who really want to work and make their lives better by being able to meet their own personal needs.
