They ruined my pants and lied about it! They hemmed my pants way too short and tried telling me they couldnt do anything! The hem was single and crooked and obviously altered and ruined.

What a Mickey Mouse business! this is the second strike so I decided to write the review. I went in for alteration. The woman wanted me to have the measurements (!!!) I told her she should measure herself ( this was about taking in pants at the waist , not shortening or lengthening something , which I did measure at home in the past on my own , just t avoid the changing boot) . So she gets me into this open space ( no curtains ) with a mirror, I change and then she tells me the pants cannot be adjusted because it needs more than 2 inches taken in , which she cannot do! What a non-sense! I will never go back there and suggest you think twice too!
