I had the most incredible experience at Heather's Place. I brought my wedding dress, which needed a considerable amount of work. Heather not only addressed all my questions and concerns but also allowed me to be part of the decision making process. Heather was AMAZING!!! I bought a sample dress off the rack with the plan of completely altering it. I was very worried it wasn't a realistic dream. From the first time I met Heather she was knowledgable and kind. I didn't live close to any of my bridesmaids so I attended my alterations alone which is a little scary but Heather made me feel SO comfortable and confident. She heard my every dream, kindly told me what wasn't realistic and did everything she could to make the rest happen. The dress turned out more perfect than I could've dreamed. The dress was perfectly tailored to me without feeling constricting or tight, and the bustle held all night long. Cannot recommend Heather enough.

I can't recommend Heather and her team enough for the work they did on my wedding dress! I had originally had the dress bustled where I purchased it, but I wish I had found Heather first. She showed me options on how it could be redone to be more flattering, and it turned out beautifully.
