        Website shows Saturday 9am-2pm open. Not holiday. In order to reschedule my appt., I tried to call from 1:10pm to 1:50pm, more than 10 times, just heard Gentle Dental Associates can't take your call now.... I tried recording msg, nobody called back. Looks nobody in charge of calls. I am very busy on Monday to Friday during working hours, Saturday is a good time for me to call. Unfortunately. Just wasted my time. If nobody working on taking the call, then do not say open 9am-2pm, that's misleading. Very disappointing.

        HATE IT HERE! Worst office Ive ever been too if your not dying and your tooth is not falling out this is the last place Id ever want to be! Especially since there new management lots of things have changed!
