Ive had 3 appointments with this office, all have been pleasant, timely and efficient . They are very willing to work with me and within my insurance which is very important to many people.

For the first time in the 10 years I have been going here I was not happy. The hygienist was a little rough and seemed to be distant when she was doing her work. Not very personable. Plus, for some reason the dentist was not in the office that day. That was a first. Upon leaving there was no bag given with the usual items you receive from the dentist. Toothbrush, floss and some toothpaste .They said they did not have any...toothbrushes. At a dentists office. Strange. It just seemed to be a very strange environment. Something is going on. I will still go here. No doubt about that. I just hope next time I see a dentist, the hygienist is a little more personable, and I get my bag of goodies. Just change a couple of things and the stars will go back up.
