Alaina's Children's Center

Our son went here over the past year in the infant room and they were amazing. We could not have been happier with the care they provided. They sincerely loved our son and were so active with him. Every day we picked up he was smiling and he ran into their arms every morning. It was excellent care!

UPDATE: We liked Alaina's for our oldest so much that we started with our younger son in the infant room just last month. The location is actually inconvenient for our family but we make it work. BUT: the owner just announced TODAY, a couple weeks after the school year started, that he's BREAKING our contract with less than 30 days notice to raise our tuition by 36% over $500 a month beginning next month. For them to pretend their calendar doesn't mirror the school year and to TRICK parents into contracts that will change as soon as every other daycare around is totally booked is wrong and unfair. They are now the same price or more expensive as every other daycare around and they don't provide the same services like diapers and food that WE have to provide. I love the teachers at this school but we are now looking for new childcare options because of this shameful act by the ownership. If you need to raise your prices 36% to survive, you need to announce it for the start of the season and not do a bait and switch like this. There's a right way to update your pricing but this is certainly not it. Our son LOVES Alaina's!!! The activities they plan are wonderful. He comes home singing songs I had no idea that he knew. The crafts are great. All of his teachers are so good with the kids. My mom even volunteered and helped for a couple days and just kept wanting to go back for more! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!

We absolutely love Alaina's! My son has been in their care since he was 8 weeks old, so we have used both the infant room and now the toddler room. We have used Alaina's for over 2.5 years, and we would not change a thing about it. The staff at the center love him like one of their own, and my son looks forward to going to "school". He learns something new every day, and I love the fact that he comes home exhausted from playing all day long. I cannot rave enough about this place! Thank you for everything you do for my family!

My son absolutely loves it here. He has made a lot of new friends and will always tell me about what cool thing he learned that day. His attitude toward school has changed drastically since he started coming to Alainas.

The teachers at Alainas center on oakwood are so kind and calm, which is exactly what my son needs! I dont think they could get escalated even on really difficult days. I am a very forgetful mom and they always are so understanding when I leave things at home. Recently, the owner had to raise the prices of tuition, but its clear that this was an absolutely necessary action to take in order to stay open and hire more teachers. This isnt an ideal time, but I am thankful that the owners and directors made the decision to stay open rather than close. But also, the tuition is still less than some centers around town and the kids are getting excellent care. Before you base your decision on one or two very personal, very ragey reviews, take a second to look at all the great ones. I think it is very disappointing when people go google reviews to tear down a business that is working to serve children AND their employees.
