File Savers Data Recovery

The service to retrieve the data from my crashed, damaged external hard drive was fast and successful. File Savers communicated with me each step of the way so I knew how the progress was moving along. Other than the cost being expensive and not in my budget, I was at their mercy to get my lost data back. So, goes the saying "You get what you pay for" They have the means and technicians needed to get the job done.

File Savers saved all our family photos and videos - over 20 years of memories that I was afraid were gone. We kept everything on an external hard drive that we backed up to a cloud service. The hard drive failed and because it wasn't connecting, the back-up service retired the backup. File Savers made it easy to get a quote and drop it off locally. In just a few days, they had completed the diagnostics and let me know the cost to recover. In just over a week total, I had my files back on a new hard drive. They had great communication from the moment I got a quote to when the recovered files were delivered. We've spent the last couple days looking through the recovered pictures and videos and just really appreciate File Savers making that possible. Definitely recommend!

First went to local computer shops with highend recovery software that could not detect my 80 GB SATA drive. Shopped the net finding FileSavers with most reasonable price. I had 15 years of highly valued originally composed Finale music works plus Word docs and photos. I received a call with a quote after inspection and decided to go for it. A few days later I received a USB SanDisk drive. From what I see, ALL data was recovered and ALL files work as you would expect. Both Rachel and Brent communicated very well and constantly in touch by Text. I highly recommend FILESAVERS. The lesson learned is to backup your data in a few places! Lawrence Zelanka

Service was great! Got the product back with most of the data back! Although the time it took to get the data back was longer than I expected and communication mid way wasnt great. File Savers came through. Thank you Alex and the whole team there.

Extremely prompt communication, and they recovered 10 years worth of photos of my kids & family I had lost on a failed external hard drive. Cant thank them enough!! Highly recommend.
