I lived here for almost 4 years now and they had about 3 property managers in 4 years, Monique, Nicole and Dawn..Nicole and Dawn have a History of saying they mailed you copies of late rent payments and lease violations if a person is late on there rent u wont be notified just lie to by Dawn O'Conner

.... out of the 7 years my family lived here this place has went down. When autumn was over oaks the place was well kept and clean. After numerous new owners/landlords this place has went down. Do not move here. Its really disgusting . Trash is everywhere when u first enter. Just take a drive thru during the day when u have a chance and see for yourself... the landlord Monique is very unprofessional... she only comes out literally to see if everyone is parking legally when theres barely any space. She NEVER take care of the property went 2 months without cutting the grass or maybe longer. She never answer the phone. The list goes on and on.. The management is a joke. Anybody can live here. They come and destroy the townhouses. Dont move here. If you dont believe me come see for yourself during the day after school. Look at the trash outside around the homes. This place is a big joke. I can run the property myself and I dont have any experience and will do way better.
