Cloverly Village

As an employee of Trowbridge I can honestly say that they are a great company work for, the best by far that I have ever had the pleasure of working for, and I hope to continue employment with them for many years to come. They really care about their resident, and employees. The homes in Cloverly Village that are owned by Trowbridge are beautiful 3 story homes, and they are very well maintained. I now live in this community and I cant say enough about the community itself, it is a very quiet, calming, peaceful environment, and I couldnt be happier there! It is truly a beautiful place to call home!

If you are looking to move here and would like to rent one of the condos that are privately-owned, check EVERYTHING. Assess every corner of every room, closet, and cabinet. Ask questions about EVERYTHING. Ask about past renter's experience, ask to contact previous tenants, ask when the property was last checked by the city for compliancy, ask about past pest or mold issues, ask about broken appliances, and ask about the HVAC and airflow (e.g., if airflow is limited upstairs) and see for yourself. See if your car can even fit in the garage or parking lot spaces. If the landlord does not seem trustworthy, trust your intuition. Be mindful about how they answer certain questions. If the rent seems excessive for what you're getting, even for A2's standards, it is. If you're a student, have student legal services review the lease before you sign! I've been renting here for a little over a month and it's been nothing but a disaster and I'm looking to break my lease as soon as possible. These are older condos and some landlords take better care of their property than others. Believe me. Please avoid being scammed or exploited.
