Tech Shop

My 10 year old PC was failing. Shelby and colleagues diagnosed the problem, which led to my purchase of a new PC desktop. Owen worked hours to successfully clone my old computer information into the new one. I returned home to find that it worked very well. The next day, I called the shop (Michigan Union) and received helpful advice from Shelby, which solved a minor problem. Excellent service and support.

The Tech Shop staff are sooooo helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! They helped me through some urgent problems with printing accounts quickly and with good humor throughout. I really appreciate their people-centered approach to fixing technology problems!

Techshop has been amazing. Always quick turnaround between ordering and delivery. Since working in Central 1 Neighborhood IT that supports Ruthven building, I have used Techshop as my primary ordering channel. Often, we have urgent needs such as onboardings submitted close to start date or just hardware that needs to be deployed quickly due to the position of the person needing the hardware. Techshop has been a vital aspect of meeting users needs in a timely manner. The delivery staff, members of the slack channel, and staff working at the central campus (Michigan Union) Techshop location have all be a pleasure to work with. Greg and Bob are the two go to delivery guys for the Ruthven Building and are always very friendly and kind in their interactions.
