Was seated immediately for lunch service hostess was smiley and cheerful. The waitress was very personable and also smiling and came to check on me before and after meal arrived. Also the manager stopped by to check on howy visit was. Food was prepared quickly was perfect for a lunch visit as I only have a 30 minute lunch . Will definitely be back! Parking: Mall parking , wasnt hard at all to find a spot

As we entered the restaurant my colleague and I were seated in a section that was totally empty. Several employees watched as we sat there, yet no one came over. After several minutes my colleague waived at a male waiter and asked who had our table. Within seconds here comes a guy name Chris. He apologized profusely and indicated that he wasnt aware that we were seated as he was just told to go home. Chris went above and beyond to turn our negative experience into a positive one! He is a true example of what Excellence in Customer Service means and should be the model that all other employees strive to be like! Thank you Chris for exceptional service today! The food was excellent! We forgot our free lettuce wrap coupon but they gave us one anyway and an extra coupon for next time. Our waitress Sierra was on point giving us great recommendations and always making sure our drinks were filled. We appreciated the manager, Nate, stopping by to check on us. He's running a great ship, would highly recommend checking it out.
