        Tyler was above and beyond patient and helpful! He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions and help me set up mg new phone. I witnessed Tyler dealing with a rude, obnoxious customer and am thoroughly impressed by his calm patience. He remained helpful despite the terrible treatment from the customer. The customer finally calmed and apologized to Tyler (and me for witnessing), and Tyler continued along smoothly to the next customer.
