I have known Napa Autocare Center for a while now. I started consulting for small things until I gave them all the care of the car and I can say that they are the best mechanics I have ever met and with the best service, always honest and willing to help. I trust them and the price is fair. But the fact that Anthony and his entire team are always so helpful is priceless. Thank you so much.

An HONEST and fair mechanic shop with great and timely customer service. Priceless. I took my car to get an oil change at a local Ford dealership in Ann Arbor with a coupon. Of course they did their free inspection and found that I had a "severe oil leak." That my oil pan would need to be replaced. And that the repair would cost $1,800. I thought it strange as I'd never seen any oil on the floor or my garage or had any other issues with how the car had been running As I thought this odd, I called Colonial (as the shop was highly recommended by a friend) and spoke with Anthony regarding the potential issue. After discussion with him I felt comfortable with my initial decision leaving Ford w/o getting the repair. Anthony advised of red flags to look out for, and to bring it into the shop if needed so that he could give it a look A few weeks later (unrelated to above), I needed to get my battery replaced, having a newer car I was unable to do it myself. So I brought it to the shop. The battery was replaced and the car put up on a lift so they could look at the oil pan issue as listed above. Anthony advised me that he could not detect any "severe oil leak," but only a minor issue that did not even need to be attended too. I've had my car nearly a week since and no issues. All is well. Anthony and the folks at Colonial saved me $1,800. Moving forward I'm going to be bringing our family's cars here for all repairs. An honest mechanic with fair pricing is priceless!
